Most of this site is written for the pet families of Mountain Green and the Weber corridor. This page is for our colleagues — veterinarians, technicians, assistants, and client-care professionals who might want to work here.

Working at Mtn Green

Mtn Green Animal Hospital is independently owned and has been caring for Morgan County pets since 2025. We practice unhurried medicine: real appointment lengths, doctors who set their own clinical standards, and a team culture decided inside the building, not by a corporate office.

Veterinarians: introduce yourself before we need you

We don’t wait for an opening to meet a great veterinarian. Medicine here runs from wellness visits through surgery and real emergency work, and the doctors who practice it set the standards they practice to. If that sounds like how you want to work, send an introduction below. We would rather know you before we need you.

We are also always glad to hear from experienced veterinary technicians (CVTs), veterinary assistants, and client-care professionals.

Thinking bigger than a job?

Mtn Green’s co-founder, Dr. Nicole Sorensen, built this hospital from scratch, and she is now building a second, Agave Animal Hospital in St. George, opening early 2027. She partners with veterinarians who want to own an independent hospital of their own one day, and she publishes a sourced, plain-language guide to practice ownership written for associates: startup costs, financing, contract terms, and the honest math of building versus buying.
