Emergency care during our open hours

If your dog or cat needs help while we are open, call (801) 516-7004 before you leave. Describing what happened while you are still at home lets the team set up, and it lets us tell you how to travel safely with the animal you are carrying. Half an hour of interstate is time we can use.

We provide emergency care during business hours, which are Monday 8 AM to 9 PM and Tuesday through Friday 8 AM to 6 PM. The Monday evening window matters here: it is the longest stretch of the week when a Summit County drive west still ends with an open door.

After hours

Outside those hours we offer after-hours emergencies for established clients (if a provider is available). That sentence is the whole promise, and we keep it narrow deliberately, because a family driving in from Coalville at midnight deserves an accurate answer rather than a hopeful one. Our after-hours emergencies page explains how the call is handled.

If your pet is not yet registered with us, an ordinary daytime visit is what makes the later option possible, which is a good reason to have the first appointment before anything is wrong.

Care for the towns along the corridor

The routine work travels well: wellness examinations, vaccinations, senior pet care and dentistry with dental radiographs. A full doctor physical exam and consultation is $70, posted with everything else on our pricing page.

For a longer drive, in-house capability earns its place: our own laboratory, digital X-ray and ultrasound can turn one appointment into a diagnosis, and spay and neuter and other surgery are done in our own suite.
